We are two travelling foodwriters from the Netherlands who travel the Middle East, Maghreb and Southern Europe to research, cook and eat: our goal is the Arab influence on the (mediterranean) kitchen. We published till so far 2 cookery books: Arabia & Bismilla Arabia. Though only still in Dutch. Anyone with foreign publishing connections, please let us know!
